It's all very easy, click on the name of the place you want to go to. Use the scroll bars at the side and bottom to move around a page. Click on an item when the cursor turns into a hand and use the back and forward arrows, once you have been to a page and want to go back. Hope that makes life a little easier ! Oh yes and when you see something you do like, click on the picture or it's description and it will open a page where you can learn more about it and order it, if you like.
