We cannot accept responsability for any mistakes you may make when ordering. ( colour, size, quantity etc ).Because we absorb the cost of shipping goods, to the customer, it is the customers responsability to bear the cost of returning goods to us.
If when you receive an item that is not exactly what you had in mind, send it back, just as you got it, within 7 days and we will refund the full price paid.
Goods found damaged in transit, must be reported within 7 days of receipt, so that we can seek compensation and returned immediately, so we can show proof. A replacement will be sent out as soon as possible after receiving the damaged item, free of charge.
All goods are checked and sent out in good condition and presumed suitable for the purpose they were designed for.
Guarantees.
Clothing & Merchandise, Occassionally, a fault only shows up, when an item has been put into use. In such circumstances, once we have received proof and it is within 6 months of purchase, we will replace like for like, or refund the total amount paid. If an item is returned as defective and the time in use, is 6 months or more, then the onus is on the customer to provide proof, that the defect was created during the manufacturing process and was not due to wear and tear.
Motorcycle Accessories.These are covered by the warranties applied to the motorcycle and are subject to Kawasaki's terms and condtions, details of which are available in your warranty documents or from Kawasaki Motors UK.
We reserve the right to refuse to refund or replace any item, until it has been checked by the supplier and/or manufacturer and all the circumstances have been established. If a reasonable explanation cannot be established conclusively, then it will be left to an independant arbitrator to decide and any decision they make will be final.
