We cannot accept responsability for any mistakes you make when ordering. ( colour, size, quantity etc ). Goods returned under such circumstances may require return postage to be paid.If when you receive an item that is not exactly what you had in mind, send it back, just as you got it and we will refund the full value of that item.
Goods found damaged in transit, must be reported within 7 days of receipt, so that we can seek compensation and returned immediately, so we can show proof. A replacement will be sent out as soon as possible after receiving the damaged item, free of charge.
All goods are checked and sent out in good condition and presumed suitable for the purpose they were designed for. Occassionally, a fault only shows up, when an item has been put into use. In such circumstances, once we have received proof, we will replace like for like, or refund the total amount paid.
If an item is returned as defective and the time in use is more than any reasonable person would expect for such a defect to show up. Then we reserve the right to refuse to refund or replace the item, until the item has been checked by the supplier and/or manufacturer and all circumstances have been established, as to why the defect occured. If a reasonable explanation cannot be established conclusively, then it will be left to an independant arbitrator to decide and any decision they make will be final.
